U.J. from West of Boston was recently in NYC to see Wicked on Broadway. One of the leads in Wicked is a man named Andy Karl. U.J. first attended a Braves game with his father in 1947 so it is no surprise that the name Andy Karl jumped off his playbill. One of the Braves pitchers in 47' was......Anton Andrew (Andy) Karl.
